Overgrown vegetation on public footpath

Please may l bring to you attention the disgusting state of vegetation encroaching on the public path used by pedestrians and cyclists. The path in question bridges the houses of Wetherby Way and the Cemetery.
The brambles are so long they nearly touch the cemetery hedge. In my opinion this is a accident waiting to happen and if not rectified someone could lose their eye sight. They have been in this state for over 12 months.
This has now become a dumping ground for all sorts of unsavoury items, bags of rubbish, drug paraphernalia including needles and dogs fouling everywhere for children to walk through on their way to school.
