Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

Broken glass on the floor. Drug paraphernalia left behind. There is litter everywhere. Older teens bullying younger children hanging about there. Teens urinating against trees whilst children are playing. Fly tipping of clothes and rubbish. Looks like a meeting point for Antisocial behavior. Bins have been taken away so there is dog fouling all over the place. It looks like it has been forgotten about. Its too dangerous to take children in anymore.
