It's been parked on the path for 2 weeks, having young child it's hard to get the buggy past the car and also it's going to cause an accident as its right near the junction

It now has 3 parking tickets, and still hasn't been moved, I belive tax runs out very soon, and there has now been an accident due to this car being dump here, its the sliver car right next to the lamp post
