Street lights being off at night

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1716905.

Since the council made the street lights go out between 1 and 4am there has been non stop car crime and 6 vans have been broken into. We need the street lights back on as it was never a issue until this was changed.
