Sent to Thanet District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1716045.

Rubbish all along verges and under the hedgerows on both sides of the Ramsgate Road from QEQM hospital to junction with Poorhole Lane. Mostly litter but black sacks full too. This main route doesn't look like it has been cleaned for a year!!
