Reported in the Bollards category anonymously at 22:33, Wed 31 July 2019
Sent to Southampton City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1715699.
The Resident of 48 Windbury Road has removed 2 x Bollards that was protecting the Grassed area in front of all the houses in that area, this area has recovered from the abuse of these residents plus others who no longer parks on the Grass. It will not be long until the Grassed Area is ruined again if these Bollards are not replace immediately and the residents warned about their action. This house is the only house at the moment that is abusing the area. If nothing is done then other residents will start using it as well.

The usual Few Lazy people still parking on the Grassed area, too far to walk from the road, even with the recent heavy rain, one Lazy so n so still insists on parking outside their house, regardless whether any parking spaces nearby, or whether they are causing damage to the barely recovered area.

Surprisingly the City Council sent three men to Re-install another Wooden Post one end of the Grassed area(Windbury Rd end), but never bother replacing the missing post the other end of the same Grassed area(Seafield Rd end). I suppose it was to much to ask them to do both in the same day.

Well, the usual half a job done by the city Council has been undone in less than 12hrs, the One post half-heartedly installed has been removed already, so the usual too far to walk lazy resident is already parking on the grassed area. I have lived in this area now for almost a decade. looking down towards this grassed area Envious that they don't have to put up with the Broken Paving slab strewn across the grass, or the makeshift plastic barrier covering the grass. Unbelievable.
