Water is leaking from a double panel inspections cover in Mangrove road at its junction with Mangrove Drive

  • Contractors unreasonably blocked the entire width of Mangrove road with the fencing around the works. Considering the inconvenience and danger to residents (inability to receive emergency vehicles) it was very annoying that works dragged out for almost 5 days
