Both the north and south bound Banbury Road cycle paths between Wolvercote Cemetery and Oxford Parkway Station are substantially overgrown in numerous places, causing need for sudden braking / swerving when meeting opposing cycle traffic or pedestrians.

Having checked the Highway Records for the cycleways you refer to, I can confirm this is not the reponsibility of Oxfordshire County Council and will be passed to the relevant organisation to request a cutback of the vegetation. Thank you.
