Extreme and severe flooding every time it rains on Shottery, Bell Lane junction. As a pedestrian cars absolutely soak you every time they drive through and send waves of water cascading over drives, road and pavement. This has been an issue for over 4 years. The road gets very busy use from tourist and school buses, drivers drive too fast and the road is consequently in a very poor state of disrepair. Becoming dangerous for cyclists, pedestrians and car drivers who swing around the corner on the wrong side of the road to avoid the sinking road.
