Hole in fence causing issues

A garage has been removed and now there is a garage sized gap inthe metal fence surrounding the council garages. The gates leading to the garages is locked but is now rendered useless. We are having problems daily and police have been contacted and attended incidents of youths damaging the garages, throwing bottles planks of wood with nails in and bricks over our fence while our young children have been playing in our garden and we now fear for our autistic sons safety. Neighbouring properties are having problems too of with are bungalows occupied by pensioners who feel they can no longer have their windows open during the night due to the trouble. We have today witnessed a man taking drugs there and 3 alcoholics in the “secured” area. It has also become a place for fly tipping.
