  • The council is not responsible for maintaining the trunk road that runs though Hull. The trunk road is the A63 and A1033, and includes Clive Sullivan Way, Castle Street, Roger Millward Way and the majority of Hedon Road. The maintenance of the trunk road is the responsibility of Highways England, who you can contact on 0300 123 5000, alternatively you can e-mail them on area12enquiries@aone.uk.com regarding any issue with the above roads.
