Cars are parking on corners of side streets obstructing dustbin lorries and making it difficult to see when turning onto Westcott street

Hull City Council are not responsible for enquiries relating the vehicles obstructing the highway and this matter would need to be reported to Humberside Police via their website or by the non-emergency number 101.
