Two businesses on this corner continue to park on double yellow lines and the drop curb preventing disabled people from crossing. The car dealer often has cars for sale parked and the neighboring men's grooming parlor staff park opposite preventing any pedestrian walking down the pavement against the church wall.

Recently the local traffic warden ignored a number of vehicles parked on double yellow lines until I pointed out the fact he just walked passed them and did nothing about the illegally parked cars. Still, every single day there are cars parked blocking the pavement to disabled pedestrians.
