215 order necessary, as there have been sightings of rats. Totally unsightly and a hang-out for teenage kids & drugs.

    Welcome to Herne bay where our streets are paved with rubbish. As I stroll down William Street and turn along the seafront, it's difficult not to stand on, trip over or have your eyes drawn to the mountains of cigarette ends and rubbish.

    Every morning at 7am the same shop alarm goes off waking everyone up in William street, Mortimer street and Charles street.
