Man hole cover unearthed leaving big deep hole into ground.

Sent to Leeds City Council 4 minutes later

Happened last week following police chase of lorry. Deep, large hole severe danger to young children falling in while playing on grass. Surprised the path of destruction throughout the neighbourhood wasn’t checked immediately after and cordoned off appropriately. On grassland next to Middleton Ring Road where it mounted grass from roundabout.
