Overhanging trees

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 16:16, Mon 22 July 2019

Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council 4 minutes later

The trees are really low on the both corners. Pedestrians either have to duck/crouch/stoop or walk in the road to get past. One side is worse than the other.

  • The tree on the one corner is really low. Its impossible to walk in the footpath upright. You either have to bend double or walk in the road!

  • It's better, but that's because it's winter and all the branches of the tree have lost their leaves etc. The tree itself hasn't been cut back tho.

  • When walking on this part of the footpath, people either have to step into the road to avoid the overhanging tree or bend double to walk under it! The tree needs cutting back!

  • The problem is getting worse. Each time we walk this way, my husband breaks off a low hanging branch! People have to walk in the road, maybe risk getting knocked over or bend double to stay on the footpath!
