This is how it looked on Friday morning. More rubbish bags added, now becoming a health hazard.

Hi I'm aware Bromley council is aware of the issue, they responded that it is not there problem to clean up the steets. The pile of rubbish is growing, I'm reporting on it getting worse and reporting on the council not taking the action they should be.

There is an on-going problem with fly-tipping in this specific area. Either rubbish needs to be more regularly removed (it's always messy in this area as businesses leave their rubbish bags directly on the pavement which seems to be a stupid system as foxes regularly tear it apart which leaves more mess to clear up), larger industrial bins need to be provided, or harsher punishments for those caught offending. Once an area becomes known as a fly-tipping spot, it will only ever get worse. If this isn't a council issue, I don't know what is.
