Tight corner of huntercombe lane south before it makes its way to the bridge over the motorway

Reported in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 16:20, Saturday 20 July 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Previously reported Reference report number 40107482 The response was that "it was a problem for the land owner" to maintain the hedges. Surely if this is a danger to road users how can it be left to a land owner to decide to take the necessary action??? How has the hedge been allowed to impose onto a council road in a way that it is dangerous to the general public?
