Pot holes and broken surface

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1703003.

At the junction of Woodlands road to Heath End rd the surface has broken up and several pot holes and cracks are the result making it lose. Cyclists have to veer wide to avoid it, car suspension knocks going over it.. At the moment it is Dangerous and getting worse.
