Constantly parking on double yellow lines

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1701990.

Seems to be a big problem here with vans and cars belonging to businesses in Humber Street parking on Humber Place for long periods of time since the installation of bollards at the end of Humber Place. This is making life difficult for the residents.
