Abandoned Car for more than a year now

Reported in the Abandoned and Untaxed Vehicles category anonymously at 11:50, Friday 19 July 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 5 minutes later

This car has been left parked outside my home for over a year now. The owner does not live here. Our gardener can not cut the bush it is blocking. It is dirty and an eye sore. Plus taking up our visitor parking space. It has been SORN but it is not parked privately. Please can this be removed. It doesn't seem like the owner wants the car as mentioned he doesn't live here what right does he have to abandon his car here.
