Countdown marker missing

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 170188.

Last countdown marking is missing to Ware SOuth/ A414 junction on A10 when heading north. Counts three then two, does not seem to be a one.
