Lights still not working

Thank you for you email that I can’t reply to !! This is a joke now still no lights it is pitch black at night on The Croft we pay for this service with our council tax and it need to be fixed 2 weeks and still nothing I know you said it’s a different company that has to fix them as it the supply we’ll get it sorted you have my email I want a explanation in 24 hour as to why it’s taken so long to fix

Many thanks for the update and sorry to hear this is still an issue. I cant see the previous report but can see this was recorded as a cable fault. OCC own the lighting but the service cables and the supply feed are owned by SSEN. We have passed this through to SSEN to recify and can apply pressure but sadly we have to work to their timescales as its an asset we have limited control over. I will forward this to SSEN again to see if they can prioritise this, i appreciate the concern and frustration this can cause and will do my best to get SSEN to action the fault
