Numerous untaxed vehicles left in our street

At least five vehicles need to be removed from our street! We need our parking spaces back for residents. SBC need to get their act together and fine the owner(s) of the non taxed vehicles. New information has revealed that the non resident leaving untaxed vehicles around our street has a traders licence. So, he's trading cars. Is SBC going to look into this and give us our much needed parking spaces back for paying residents. Or do we need to contact trading standards?
