The wheelie bins are located in the recess of two brick walls. They have been there for years. This week a neighbour who has always created problems for us for years complained to South Oxfordshire District council about the bins being left on the pavement in the recess of two brick walls as seen in the enclosed photo. Please advise if we can keep the bins there as all of us live in terraced houses and we have no space for them as our parking spaces are not long enough to put bins and cars in them. Most of us are elderly or disabled so we can't move heavy bins back and forth. The wheelie bins have been in the recess area since they were introduced by South Oxfordshire District council many years ago. Please advise us if the bins can be left in the recess area which nobody uses as a pavement.
Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.
