Raised joint

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1699889.

There is a badly raised joint on the right hand lane of the roundabout, which causes a massive, distracting bump to anyone coming off the northbound A3(M) to go towards Rowlands Castle. This problem was first reported in 2010 AND STILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED
