Blocked drains. No good emptying gullies. Pipe blocked.

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1699696.

These drains have been blocked for two years or more. The road is dangerous in the winter.
