6 inch pothole on Shaftesbury Rd, center of street between houses 1/2/3/4

Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 20:36, Tuesday 16 July 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later

There is a pothole that has just appeared in the last 2hrs (20:30) in the center of the road between houses 1/2/3/4. There does not appear to be any earth on road material under the tarmac when a car or lorry (tomorrow is rubbish day so the rubbish lorry will drive down the road x 2) the hole will be made substantially bigger, due to no support under the tarmac.

  • The site was within the ownership of the GAS board initially who have completed the repairs to it's plant. However, further works are currently in process by Thames Water, the origin of the damage to other service.
