The manholes are clunking again. One after the other and they keep us awake, I understand from our neighbours that they are disturbing them also. One of the neighbours does shiftwork and his sleep is very disturbed during the day. We are utterly frustrated as no matter how often they are repaired the are inadequate and the problem reoccurs. Please could you arrange for them to be repaired again but this time permanently as it’s ridiculous for me to keep requesting repairs which are obviously costly and you complete the repairs but they last and insufficient amount of time.
This is not only affecting us in terms of noise but obviously a lack of sleep can affect our health to I would be grateful if you could address this problem as soon as possible.
As you will see from the records this is I think the third time at least I’ve had to report the same problem. I also know that the neighbours have done so too.
Thank you for your kind attention.
Mrs Manning

We ask that new and separate occurrences of issues are logged as new reports to avoid conflicting information or updates and ensure the information is passed promptly to our contractor. Please log the issue via https://fix.bromley.gov.uk as a new report using the map marker and description to detail where the issue is located. Please note that if the location you wish to mark is already occupied by a pin, you can hide the map pins via the button in the bottom left or you can click a nearby free section of the map to drop your green reporting pin so that all other yellow pins indicating existing reports disappear, you can then click and drag your green pin to the correct location and continue submitting your report.
