Traffic lights can't detect a moped

Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1697603.

Coming out of the town centre on Leigh road with the Point to my right the traffic lights do not respond to a moped leaving me stuck. I was forced to proceed with caution, although at 5:30am this is not so risky. I have confirmed this over 3 mornings
