The inner part of a household bin has been dumped on the footpath.

This bin was dumped over a week ago on the footpath of Wycombe Way between Latimer Road and Black Bourton Road. Please can it be removed.

It is now four weeks since I reported this fly tip and nothing has been done! The bin is now full as people are putting food waste in it (see new photo). Please remove this.
