  • This looks like Himalayan Balsam, an extremely invasive weed that can seed itself over a wide area.

  • Having done some further research it may be a type of willowherb. My sincere apologies for the error. You may still like your contractor to check when they’re next in the vicinity but it doesn’t require urgent attention. Feeling a bit foolish ☺️
