Strong smell of urine

Reported in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 23:24, Sun 14 July 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxford City Council 1 minute later

For some weeks there has been a strong smell of urine at the south end of New Inn Hall Street, presumably due to the homeless who sleep near the door of Scribblers. It is very unpleasant to have to walk through this area, and very humiliating to us residents that foreign visitors experience it too. I realize that the council clean up areas such as the Crown Court, and would encourage cleaning here too. Of course the Crown Court arches are in use by homeless again.
