Speed bump

Sent to Leeds City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1695804.

Speed hump make a loud noise when vehicles going over it. Even at slow speeds cars are bottoming out. Noise is waking me up now the weather is warm and windows open. Also humps need re marking up.
