In between the gated sandy play ground and the other playground on the grass

The pothole I discuss below is in between the sandy gated play area and the other play area and there are a number of them there but this one is a consideable size.

If you require photos I can provide these when I am able to get out of the house.

There are some huge holes in this part of the park. On Sunday 7th July i was walking with my son in my arms. I walked into one of these holes and I broke my ankle and the lower part of my leg.

I am in a huge amount of pain and I am unable to resume a lot of my normal activites for six weeks.

I was in the middle of an IVF cycle at the time which was paid for and this has had to stop due to them needing to operate on my keg and ankle.

This was an extremely upsetting event which has caused a lot of disruption and upset to my family.

I don’t really like the idea of suing the council but I am considering what my next steps should be.

I want to inform you so that you can attend to this area and ensure it is safe for others.
