Dangerous Advertising signage

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1695296.

This Advertising sign( Friday 12July) placed in a position which: 1) Hides pedestrians at crossing from Drivers. 2) Hides road and vehicles ( inc. bikes/cycles) from pedestrians. 3) Blocks the pavement. There are two signs here advertising Essex Smiles both interfere with pedestrian access.
