Good afternoon, I live in very close proximity to the Woolpack pub in Iwade. A new landlord took over in the summer last year and since then he has gradually fenced off and now gated the pub car park (installed February 2019) While this is perfectly within his rights he has also fenced off a stretch of land which doesn’t belong to him. It’s a large stretch at the far edge of the car park which is for the use of the residents of The Street. This area of land has a huge impact on the value and saleability of the houses along The Street. It’s included in our title deeds but our use of it has been entirely removed. It may well be that the pub landlord is entirely unaware of this but if someone could please let the pub know that this land isn’t there’s and ask them to relocate their fencing it would have a hugely positive impact on the local residents.
