Overgrown hedges on a footpath

There is a footpath that runs along the back of Co-op which is situated on Lytham Road. The footpath comes off Marlborough Road & joins to Overslade Lane. The bushes are very overgrown & only 1 person can walk along the path as you have to duck down.
