Loose manhole cover in A284 road

The manhole cover in the A284 just east of Brookside Holiday Camp Limited is very loose and makes a loud noise every time a lorry passes over it. This is disturbing several owners of caravans late and night and early into the morning as lorries travel down the road at that time of night.
