Very tall and dangerous tree with roots lifting near building

Reported in the Public Trees category anonymously at 12:23, Friday 12 July 2019

Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later

The Leyland Cypress tree on Langham Close, Bromley bordering our fence has overgrown and dangerously sways on a windy day. The roots have also come into the garden close to our building. It also has ruined our garden. Could this be trimmed or cut down please. I have been trying to speak but nothing has happened over last 3 years
