Large pieces of wood and drawers dumped Infront of empty building next to the Douglas Fir

Large bits of wood looks like a desktop or door and drawers dumped outside of empty looking building next to the Douglas fir. There was also a old fridge that was taken away, thank you! but the drawers and other rubbish was not collected. The large bits of wood and other rubbish have been added. Pile is growing.

Bromley council replied saying that the rubbish on the pavement is on public property.
It's on the public pavement and has been fly tipped.
