Rear Backway behind 15/17 Osborne Drive blocked

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1693549.

Ivy covering the wall between Oakmount Road and the backway is now blocking the backway making it impossible to access the rear of the properties. The wall and backway are adopted highway owned by HCC
