Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1693485.

Despite supplying OWBC with a diary of events over 12 months ago, this commercial activity and anti-social behaviour by an individual is allowed to continue in a residential area.

4th report in under 2 weeks.

22.13 - Loud noises from commercial vehicle (Pick up truck KP55 VNN) with engine running for 09 minutes and doors/bonnet slamming repeatedly consistently by Esat's employee...
