There is a zebra crossing here which has been the location of a number of accidents with people being knocked down by cars. Today's incident resulted in no injury but the driver just yelling to the person they knocked over that roads are for cars. Another person was seriously injured recently and it took a good few weeks to recover. People often do not stop even when you have been standing there for some time. Others have been shouted at and harassed by people in cars around the church, including when crossing with the kids from St Alphege School nearby. I know you can't do anything about people's rudeness and impatience but this crossing needs better signage, reduced speed limit and a red road to remind people of the crossing which is actually right on a corner and obscured by the memorial as you're coming from the Warwick Road end of New Rd. I feel that if this is not problem solved it will result in further serious injury or a fatality. Hope you can help.
