This issue is not resolved. If it was not BT it must have been another utility. The pavement has a worsening deep depression, is a trip hazard and needs repairing. In fact - why is it not picked up by your inspectors?

Still not remedied. This was caused as I understand it, by the BT re-instatement Hi-Ab not putting his stabilising feet on a board but directly on the pavement. This hazard is dangerous. A resident was seen twisting his ankle as he caught his foot on the hole.
