Weeds and shrubs overgrowing the footpath on Trent Road and round the corner in Torridge Drive (eastern side). Pedestrians cannot use the drop kerb to cross Torridge Drive. There are also remanents of building works from the property on the corner which have been there for a long time. Gravel is spilling out of aggregate bags onto the pavement of Trent Road.
