Still no sign of a bin wagon

Sent to Leeds City Council 5 minutes later

22nd day without bins emptied,then when they do arrive it is common knowledge they wont take it all.and anythat has ben scatterd about by dogs,cats and foxes is left all over the street.thebin men look at you as you had thrown it all over,not even remembering it was 22 days ago since they was in this street,but everyone knows if it was the street they lived in they would be the 1st to complain.i think all the people with overflowing bins and fot paths should stack thier rubbish at the housing offices door either that or withold thier pol tall
