Parking making a corner blind and dangerous

New extension built on the property and the garden was changed to tarmac. ( not on planning permission) This means that cars are regularly parking there which makes it an extremely dangerous corner with viewing both ways difficult. There are no paths in this cul-de-sac , and numerous children live within it. There have been four near misses that I am aware of with potential crashes between cars - especially when there are vehicles parked against the fenced wall opposite the property.( wall to nursing home) . It is only a matter of time when a child is hurt because of non residents unaware of the change to the corner.

Once again, no consideration. Two car drive at the rear of the house. Surely this cannot be safe?!?
