Overgrown hedge. 1 metre of road lost .. on route to childrens playgrouns

Currently the footpath through the bushes to the childrens play area in Kingsdown is too overgrown to get a baby buggy up as a result need to use the very narrow road. there is a theoretical 20mph limit but no repeater signs and not observed by many drivers especially those using Kingdsown to avoid the traffic lights on Dover road walmer there are no signs to warn drivers that there is no foot path and as you will see from the photo about 1 meter of road is lost due to headges. i realise there has been no single or double cuts recently but this bit needs radical cut back to the road edge
