Householders are not cuttung back hedges to their boundaries. Pedestrian access is limited forcing pedestrians into the extremely busy roadway to make way for disabled scooters and walkers and infant pushchairs
Council, "upon inspection" has dcided that there is no problem. I am guessing that the inspectio was done from a vehicle. The person inspecting has not seen double prams and mobility scooters trying to pass each other without having to go into the extremely fast flowing (over the speed limit) A287 road.
